Work Phases

An optimised process from start to finish

By managing every stage of production in-house – from initial design through to final assembly – we maintain direct control over the entire workflow.

This approach helps reduce external variables and supports reliable lead times, transparent cost management and greater process predictability, providing a structured and dependable workflow for both customers and our internal organisation.

  • Lead times and costs under control
  • Reduced risk of disruptions and unexpected issues
  • Greater consistency in final product quality
  • Flexibility and rapid response
  • An organised and highly coordinated production environment

Optimisation as a guiding principle

Every production choice is focused on efficiency. Activities are planned to optimise the use of resources, reduce processing waste, improve quality and streamline production times.

Optimisation is therefore not simply a strategy, but a core principle of our operating model.

Ordered and rational production flow

The physical and operational organisation of our activities follows a linear and coordinated workflow, with each stage designed to integrate effectively with the next.

This supports an organised working environment, facilitates coordination between departments and helps reduce the risk of errors or delays.

From raw material to finished product, in one integrated process

Starting from raw materials, the entire production cycle is managed through a single integrated workflow: cutting, machining, assembly, finishing and testing are all carried out within the same production facility. This approach supports operational continuity, consistent process control and the ability to respond quickly when modifications or customisations are required.

01

Design

Starting from the single-line diagrams of the heating system, information on the available installation space and other system specifications, our technicians develop the detailed design of the prefabricated plant room. Continuous dialogue and technical collaboration with designers, combined with extensive industry experience, are key elements of this phase.

02

Detailed Engeneering

Once completed, the detailed design is transferred to the production management team, which coordinates the manufacturing process: from material procurement and component fabrication through to assembly and completion of the final product. The work is carried out by a team of specialised professionals, including welders, press and bending machine operators, and electrical and wiring technicians.

03

Testing

The completed thermal power plant undergoes testing and final inspections designed to verify the hydraulic tightness of the system, the correct assembly of the overall unit and its compliance with the specifications defined during the design phase.

04

Final manufacture

The heating plant is now ready! All that remains is to entrust it to our logistics department, who will organise delivery directly to the construction site.
