Biomass power box

Description

Prefabricated thermal container designed to house heat generation systems powered by wood-based fuels such as pellets.

The enclosure includes a dedicated area for pellet storage and a separate technical area for the complete hydraulic and electrical system, including the heat generator and buffer storage tanks. Custom-designed wiring and installation of electrical control panels are carried out according to the specific technical requirements of each project. Hydraulic manifolds are assembled and sized according to the required system capacity.

CONTAINER made from continuously welded steelwork. The container frame is designed to allow stacking.

STRUCTURE with reinforced 3 mm thick steel frame, further strengthened with additional cross-members and corner supports. The theoretical payload is 1,000 kg/m² with uniformly distributed load.

Base frame: two main C-shaped steel longitudinal beams and two end cross-members, welded to the corner blocks. Load-bearing structure with C-shaped cross-members positioned at regular intervals.

Supporting structure with C-shaped cross members placed at regular intervals

Corner blocks: ISO corner castings for handling and lifting, together with integrated FORKLIFT POCKETS.
