Our tube bending equipment is designed to provide high levels of precision, repeatability and consistent processing quality.

With the tube bending system, we can produce:

  • Components ready for assembly or welding

We are able to bend tubes in different diameters and materials—including steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper—with processes designed to preserve the tube section and limit deformation, including on tighter bending radii.

The process is automated and digitally controlled, helping to support efficient production times, reduce processing waste and achieve accurate finishes.

This technology is particularly suited to the production of compact and highly customised systems.

Details

Compared with welded pipe sections, bent tubes can reduce the number of joints along the pipework. Reducing the number of joints can also help decrease the number of potential leakage points within the hydraulic system.

We can bend tubes up to 50 mm in diameter.
