Description

Outdoor technical enclosures designed to house all the components required for a complete cooling system, suitable for outdoor installation in compliance with the Italian Fire Prevention Regulation D.M. 08-11-19.

The prefabricated modules can accommodate chillers or absorption units, storage tanks, heat exchangers, expansion vessels and all hydraulic and electrical accessories required for system operation, all integrated into a single solution.

Details

Our in-house design allows us to customize the cooling units to meet a wide range of system requirements and facilitate integration with different types of HVAC systems.

Today, we are increasingly called upon to operate in contexts where skilled labour is limited, making prefabricated solutions an effective response to this challenge.

Our production facilities enable us to meet customer requirements with a high degree of flexibility, creating fully customised structures designed around the specific installation context and technical needs. The enclosure is manufactured from non-combustible materials.

Cabinet made of non-combustible materials.

  • Structure:

    External powder-coated sheet metal enclosure with sandwich panels made of 1 mm galvanised steel sheets, insulated with rock wool slabs. Panel thickness ranges from 25 to 80 mm.

  • Internal insulation

    The sandwich panels are internally insulated with non-combustible rock wool, fire reaction class A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1, density 100 kg/m³, applied to all surfaces including side walls, ceiling, base and doors. Insulation thickness ranges from 20 to 80 mm.

  • Openings

    Access doors are provided for system inspection and maintenance. Hinged doors are fitted with hinges and lockable handles.

  • Perimeter rubber seals

    Perimeter rubber seals provide protection against weather conditions.

  • Ventilation openings

    Ventilation openings are designed in accordance with D.M. 08-11-19 and are fitted with rodent-proof mesh.

  • Storage cabinet

    The enclosure is modular and manufactured from weather-resistant materials. Its clean, attractive appearance is enhanced by powder-coated anti-glare sheet metal panels.

  • External finish

    The external finish consists of a thermosetting polyester resin-based powder coating, available in a range of colours to minimise the visual impact on the building. The coating provides high resistance to weathering, with selected pigments designed to ensure stability under exposure to light and heat. Resistance to acetic acid salt spray: 1,000 hours, in accordance with Qualicoat specifications (ISO 9227).

    Prefabricated outdoor thermal module complete with an absorption unit, hydraulic circuits and circulation pumps. It houses an absorption refrigeration unit, hydraulic circuits for evaporation tower supply and chilled water outlet lines, circulation pumps, expansion vessels and all the hydraulic and electrical accessories required for its operation.

  • Thermal cooling box for industrial use

    Prefabricated outdoor thermal module, complete with an absorption refrigeration unit, endothermic co-generator, hydraulic circuits and circulation pumps. It houses the absorption refrigeration unit, endothermic co-generator, expansion vessels and all the hydraulic and electrical accessories necessary for correct operation of the system. The module is equipped with a chilled water circuit, a cooling water circuit connected to an evaporation tower, and a hot water circuit connecting the co-generation line and the absorber.
