Description

Prefabricated thermal container suitable for containing thermal generation systems produced from wood fuel such as pellets.

The thermal casing has a space for storing pellets and another for hydraulic and electrical plant distribution complete with a heat generator and inertial storage. Cabling and installation of switchboards made to design and customised according to technical requirements. Hydraulic assembly of manifolds made and sized according to the required capacity.

STRUCTURE with 3 mm thick steel frame reinforced with several cross members and corner supports. The theoretical payload is 1000 kg/m2 with a uniformly distributed load

Base frame: two C-shaped main longitudinal members made of section steel, two end cross members, welded to the corner blocks

Supporting structure with C-shaped cross members placed at regular intervals

CORNER BLOCKS: ISO corner blocks for handling and lifting, plus POCKETS FOR FORKS

 

Details

  • Powder-coated

    sheet metal outer casing with 1 mm galvanised sheet metal sandwich type panels insulated with rock wool sheets. Panel thickness 25-80 mm.

  • The cabinet

    is made of non-combustible materials.

  • Internal insulation

    of the sandwich panels with non-combustible rock wool class A1 fire reaction in accordance with EN 13501-1, density 100 kg/m3 on all walls (side, ceiling, bottom, doors), variable thickness from 20 to 80 mm.

  • Ventilation openings

    in accordance with Ministerial Decree 09-11-19, complete with anti-mouse net.

  • Openings:

    Doors for access to plant control and maintenance operations. Door openings fitted with hinges and locking handles.

  • Perimeter rubber seals

    to guarantee perfect weatherproofing.

  • The external finish

    uses a thermosetting powder coating based on various colour polyester resins to ensure minimal aesthetic impact on the building. Very high resistance to weathering. The pigments used ensure perfect stability in light and heat. Sodium acetate fog resistance 1000 h in accordance with Qualicot specifications (ISO9227).
