Description

Outdoor technical rooms or containment structures that can house everything needed for the construction of a thermal or electrical co-generation plant (suitable for outdoor installation in accordance with Fire Prevention Regulations Ministerial Decree 13-07-11).

The thermal modules house the hydraulically and electrically connected fuel cells and all the hydraulic and electrical accessories required for their operation. All developed in a single solution.

Our design allows us to study and manufacture modular solutions, so as to offer maximum flexibility for all requirements such as powering commercial buildings, hospitals, data centres and small industries.

Cabling and installation of switchboards made to design and customised according to technical requirements.

Hydraulic assembly of manifolds made and sized according to the required capacity.

Powder-coated tubular iron base with a lifting system to allow the use of both crane straps and forks.

Sharp or rounded powder-coated aluminium perimeter profiles and joints.

 

Details

Thanks to a completely in-house design, we are able to customise each heating system to specific requirements so as to ensure perfect integration with any type of plant and maximum design flexibility.

  • Structure:

    Powder-coated sheet metal outer casing with 1 mm galvanised sheet metal sandwich type panels insulated with rock wool sheets. Panel thickness from 25 to 80 mm. The cabinet is made entirely of non-combustible materials.

  • Internal insulation

    of the sandwich panels with non-combustible rock wool class A1 fire reaction in accordance with EN 13501-1, density 100 kg/m3 on all walls, with varying thickness from 20 to 80 mm;

  • Ventilation openings

    in accordance with Ministerial Decree 13-07-11, complete with anti-mouse net.

  • Openings:

    Doors for access to plant control and maintenance operations. Door openings fitted with hinges and locking handles.

  • Application of perimeter rubber seals

    to guarantee perfect weatherproofing.

  • The storage cabinet

    is a modular product made of weatherproof and aesthetically pleasing materials, with anti-reflective powder-coated sheet metal.

  • The external finish

    uses a thermosetting powder coating based on various colour polyester resins to ensure minimal aesthetic impact on the building. Very high resistance to weathering. The pigments used ensure perfect stability in light and heat. Sodium acetate fog resistance 1000 h in accordance with Qualicot specifications (ISO9227).
