  • Design customised to customer specifications

    Each kit is designed in-house according to the needs of the system, so as to ensure seamless integration with heat generators and the layout of the thermal power plant.

  • Pre-assembled and tested components

    Cascade manifolds, secondary manifolds, separators, exchangers, valves and safety systems are delivered already assembled and tested, reducing installation time and costs.

  • Manufactured with high-quality materials

    All manifolds are made from painted, welded and precisely assembled seamless tubes. The production process follows strict standards to ensure reliability and durability.

  • Complete kits ready for installation

    Each kit includes everything needed: gas lines, separators, an Italian National Institute for Workplace Injury Insurance kit and exchangers. Packaged and shipped with care, the systems are designed to be installed quickly and safely, without additional on-site machining.

    Our welded steel hydraulic kits are designed to offer a complete and reliable solution for hydraulic installation needs.

    We produce modular systems made of high-strength steel, designed and manufactured using CNC technology and 3D CAD software to ensure millimetric precision and maximum reliability. Our solutions are designed to allow for quick and efficient installation, resulting in less time for the installer during on-site assembly operations.

    Each kit includes:

    • Brass fittings to connect respective hydraulic accessories
    • Safety, protection and control devices to ensure the protection of the plant, as required by the Italian National Institute for Workplace Injury Insurance regulations
    • High-quality steel welded flanged pipes with thermosetting powder coating
    • Hydraulic compensator, if required
