Description

Outdoor technical rooms, which are containment structures that can house everything needed for a cooling system. (suitable for outdoor installation in accordance with Fire Prevention Regulations Ministerial Decree 08-11-19)

The thermal modules can house cooling units or absorbers, boilers, exchangers, expansion vessels and all the hydraulic and electrical accessories required for their operation. All developed in a single solution.

Hydraulic assembly of manifolds made and sized to the required capacity

Powder-coated tubular iron base with a lifting system (for both crane straps and forks)

Details

Our in-house design allows for the cooling units to be customised to accommodate for any system requirements and guarantee perfect integration with any type of thermal system. We are increasingly being called upon to operate in contexts where manpower is in short supply, and prefabricated solutions are a valid response to this shortage.

Our machining centres allow us to meet our customer’s needs and always guarantee maximum flexibility by creating true customised structures for every context.

Cabinet made of non-combustible materials.

  • Structure:

    Powder-coated sheet metal outer casing with 1 mm galvanised sheet metal sandwich type panels insulated with rock wool sheets. Panel thickness from 25 to 80 mm.

  • Internal insulation

    of the sandwich panels with non-combustible rock wool class A1 fire reaction in accordance with EN 13501-1, density 100 kg/m3 on all walls (side, ceiling, bottom, doors), 20 to 80 mm thick.

  • Openings:

    Doors for access to plant control and maintenance operations. Door openings fitted with hinges and locking handles.

  • Perimeter rubber seals

    to guarantee perfect weatherproofing.

  • Ventilation openings

    in accordance with Ministerial Decree 09-11-19, complete with anti-mouse net.

  • The storage cabinet

    is a modular product made of weatherproof and aesthetically pleasing materials, with anti-reflective powder-coated sheet metal.

  • The external finish

    uses a thermosetting powder coating based on various colour polyester resins to ensure minimal aesthetic impact on the building. Very high resistance to weathering. The pigments used ensure perfect stability in light and heat. Sodium acetate fog resistance 1000 h in accordance with Qualicot specifications (ISO9227).

    Prefabricated outdoor thermal module complete with an absorption unit, hydraulic circuits and circulation pumps. It houses an absorption refrigeration unit, hydraulic circuits for evaporation tower supply and chilled water outlet lines, circulation pumps, expansion vessels and all the hydraulic and electrical accessories required for its operation.

  • Thermal cooling box for industrial use

    Prefabricated outdoor thermal module, complete with an absorption refrigeration unit, endothermic co-generator, hydraulic circuits and circulation pumps. It houses the absorption refrigeration unit, endothermic co-generator, expansion vessels and all the hydraulic and electrical accessories necessary for correct operation of the system. The module is equipped with a chilled water circuit, a cooling water circuit connected to an evaporation tower, and a hot water circuit connecting the co-generation line and the absorber.
