Obtaining CE marking is essential for all companies wishing to market their products in Europe: it is a compulsory conformity certification for all products governed by European Directives and intended for the EU market.

The CE mark shows proof of conformity with strict European safety regulations, the requirements of which are binding for all products placed on the market within the EU.

Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC regulates the safety of machines and machinery in Europe and covers all types of systems, including those in motion and thus plants, people movers and safety components

For the systems manufactured by Ecocompact, we develop the engineering documentation required for the applicable conformity assessment process, including the technical file and operation and maintenance manual, supporting the CE marking of the complete system where applicable.

Starting from the single-line diagrams of the heating system, information on the available installation space and all relevant technical data, our team develops the detailed design of the prefabricated heating plant.

Our approach is based on continuous technical collaboration with designers, supported by extensive industry experience. This enables us to translate specific project requirements into practical and technically feasible solutions.

Our experts use advanced 3D software and specialised engineering tools, to manage project requirements efficiently and support dimensional accuracy, design reliability and effective project scheduling.

An accurate site survey is a fundamental part of the project development process, helping to define the appropriate geometry of the prefabricated  thermal module or hydraulic kit before detalied engineering begins.

In agreement with the customer, specialised Ecocompact experts carry out inspections at the installation site to identify potential installation constraints and possible interference with surrounding structures or equipment that could affect piping development.

Working in coordination with the customer,  Ecocompact’s specialised technicians manage and coordinate all the various stages of on-site installation, from lifting operations through to unloading and positioning the prefabricated thermal module in the designated installation area.
