A specialised department dedicated to the laser cutting of metal tubes and profiles. This technology combines precision, speed and production flexibility.

With laser tube technology, we can produce:

  • Complex cuts and customised geometries

  • Holes, slots and precision joints

  • Preparations for welding and mechanical assembly

  • Series production with high repeatability

Our equipment allows us to process a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel and aluminium, as well as different profile shapes such as round, square, rectangular and special sections.

Details

The department currently cuts and drills base frames, steelwork, frames and piping up to DN 125. The machine software allows multiple production orders to be processed while optimising material layout in order to reduce offcuts and production waste.

Subcontracting services are available for steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with diameters from 12 to 152.4 mm, thicknesses up to 10 mm and lengths up to 4.5 m.

    The FIBER EVO / LT722D laser tube system is designed to improve production efficiency by reducing setup time and supporting more effective use of materials.

Machinery
LT7

The LT7 tube laser system by BLM Group is configured for extended production cycles and automated operation during both daytime and night-time shifts.

The swivelling movement of the cutting head supports high levels of productivity, particularly when processing thin materials and small components, while also providing the flexibility required during product prototyping.

The LT7 can process round, square and rectangular tubes, special sections and open profiles weighing up to 18 kg/m, with diameters ranging from 12 mm to 152.4 mm.
