Laser cutting

Our department specialises in the laser cutting of tubes and metal profiles. This technology combines high precision, speed and flexibility.

With laser tube technology, we can make:

  • Complex cuts and customised geometries

  • Perfect holes, slots and joints

  • Preparations for welding and mechanical assembly

  • Highly repeatable series processing

Our state-of-the-art machinery allows us to machine a wide range of materials—including steel, stainless steel, aluminium—and on different sections, such as round, square, rectangular or special areas.

The result?

Ready-to-use components without additional machining, with reduced tolerances and flawless finishes.

This technology makes it possible to optimise time and costs, reduce waste and improve the overall efficiency of production processes, including sustainable production.

Details

The SW is able to machine multiple production orders while minimising waste and scrap. It cuts and drills foundations, carpentry, frames and all pipes, including the DN 125.

Subcontracting service for iron, steel and aluminium with a diameter of 12÷152.4 mm,, thickness 10 mm and length 4.5 m.

  • Optimisation

Our brand new FIBER EVO/LT722D laser tube significantly increases production time and minimises start-up times and waste

  • Dimensions

Machining of round Ø 152.4 mm tubes and square □ 120×120 mm tubes with lengths of up to 4.5 m

  • Materials

Steel and aluminium profiles only from certified suppliers.
    The simple fin profile system:

    • is the most used system by AHU manufacturers
    • practicality and versatility of assembly
Machinery
LT7

BLM Group’s LT7 laser tube system is configured 24/7 to ensure continuous operation day and night.

The swivelling movement of the cutting head enables previously unimaginable productivity to be achieved, especially on thin materials and small machining operations; this allows the right flexibility during product prototyping. With the LT7, round, square and rectangular tubes, special sections and open profiles up to 18 kg/m in weight and diameter can be cut from 12 mm up to 152.4 mm.
