Work Phases

Optimised process from start to finish

We manage every single step of production in-house —from initial design to final assembly—so we can have complete control over the workflow. This approach minimises external variables and allows us to offer reliable timescales, transparent costs and no contingencies, thus guaranteeing reliability for both customers and our in-house organisation.

  • Time and costs under control
  • Zero interruptions or setbacks
  • Increased quality and consistency of the final product
  • Flexibility and speed of intervention
  • Orderly and highly coordinated production environment.

Optimisation as a guiding principle

Every production choice is geared towards efficiency: our activities are designed to reduce waste, improve quality and increase execution speed. Optimisation therefore becomes not only a strategy, but a core value of the operating model.

Ordered and rational production flow

The physical and logical arrangement of our activities follows a linear and coherent flow, where each phase is designed to integrate seamlessly with the next. This ensures an orderly working environment, facilitates coordination between departments and reduces the risk of error or delay.

From raw material to finished product without interruption

Starting with the raw material, the entire processing cycle is developed in one integrated flow: cutting, machining, assembly, finishing and testing all take place within the same production facility. This guarantees operational continuity, consistent quality and the ability to intervene quickly on every detail, in the event of modifications or customisation required by the customer.

01

Design

Our experts will create an executive design for your prefabricated heating plant, starting with single-line diagrams of the heating system, information about the usable space and other plant details. Constant dialogue and constructive interchange with designers, coupled with extensive industry experience, are our strengths at this stage.

02

Executive design

The executive design is then sent to production management, who coordinates the whole process from the purchase of materials to production, assembly and the finished product. Our team of highly skilled professionals consisting of welders, press and bending machine operators, and electronics and wiring experts will manufacture the product.

03

Testing

The complete thermal power plant is then subjected to a series of tests and inspections to guarantee both the hydraulic tightness and structural solidity of the system.

04

Final manufacture

The heating plant is now ready! All that remains is to entrust it to our logistics department, who will organise delivery directly to the construction site.
